Don't Make a Black Woman Take Off Her Earrings

While Ryan and I were taking our big trip out west, we listened to the unabridged version of Tyler Perry's book "Don't Make a Black Woman Take Off Her Earrings", which luckily was read by Tyler Perry, which meant you were basically listening to Madea for the whole book. To be honest, I can't imagine reading the book rather than listening to it, because half the humor is in the way Tyler Perry delivers his lines as the fictional, black, gun-toting grandmother Madea. For anyone who likes the "Madea" plays or movies, I highly recommend getting this and listening to it. (If you're like me, you can get it from the library for free which is even better!) It's unadulterated Madea at her best.
